Jason Miller is a seasoned pro in talent acquisition and operations with over 25 years of experience in the tech industry. Jason’s journey is nothing short of epic. As the former COO of SproutsAI, a GenAI-powered talent acquisition platform, he managed all operations, driving innovation and efficiency. Before that, he was an early trailblazer at Cloudera and Roblox, building global talent acquisition teams and helping take both companies public.
Jason’s expertise spans talent management, branding, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. He kicked off his career as the first cloud recruiter at VMware and later navigated the open-source recruitment landscape at Yahoo. From early-stage startups to global, publicly-traded corporations, Jason has consistently driven growth, expanding tech giants across North and South America, Asia, and Europe.

Background
John Ferneborg is a maverick in the world of talent acquisition with over 25 years of breaking the mold. Starting his journey at The Ferneborg Group, John quickly became a go-to guy in the executive search field. He’s worked with marquee companies like Apple, Disney Nike, and Google, attracting executive talent and transforming organizations.
But John didn’t stop there. He ascended to corporate talent leadership roles at QuSecure, Roblox, and Google X, driving recruitment teams and talent programs in cutting-edge fields like AI, quantum computing, post-quantum security, and the Metaverse.
In addition, in 1996 John registered and developed execsearch.com, the world's first executive search website, which is still active today. He partnered with Apple's early Claris division product team in the development FileMaker Recruiter, as well as Workflow International's Deskflow database system. Most recently he's been advising Modern Recruiting, an AI infused ATS system.
